Vodacom : a ******** company !! BEWARE OF THEM

I have been a Vodacom customer for 19 years and i will NEVER Ever do business with them again. To get a contract is easy and simple, but once the contract expires, dont even try to contact the cancellation number and request for the contract to be cancelled!! they wont give you a reference number, they tell you you must wait for a sms and the contract will be cancelled within 48 hours, but months later, the contract is still running and these ****s still take your money!! You have become a disgrace VODACOM. You are not the company that you once were. the funny thing is, you will lose out on all of my business just for a lousy R300 pm... You f***ing *****s.

they handle customers like this... and the think we will take it lying down... they think we are helpless, but the public will be on to you Vodacom and when they realize you are a bunch of *******, you will also be bankrupt before you know it.

i have cancelled my debit orders and you will never see a nother dime from me. PATHETIC!!!
