Vodacom a complete joke!!!

What a hassle it is to deal with Vodacom. My husband tried to do his upgrade online with Vodacom, some bright spark there messed up the address and we didn’t receive the phones. From the 10th of December till ****en now we are battling to cancel the stupid online order. They are giving us the run around, promising to cancel and get back to us as soon as possible. Till today nothing has been done. All we need now is to cancel the online order so we can just upgrade in the store. Since they are failing we might as well cancel the whole contract.
