VODACOM: A COMPANY OF INTEGRITY
Vodacom rocks! I had a complaint about Vodacom. I did suspect that it was just one rogue Cancellation Consultant, who had deliberately missled me, but I was not sure how Vodacom would react to my complaint. I was only looking to be released from my contract which was sold to me under misleading information, but instead VODACOM honoured the original offer and gave me a R10.00 discount. This is way more than I expected and now have a huge admiration for Vodacom. Thank you, Vodacom for being a company with integrity. I am more than delighted with the outcome of this issue.
