Vodacom, a communication company cannot communicate
To get any assistance from Vodacom is impossible!
Vodacom is supposed to be a leading communications group
Problem is you can’t communicate with them.
If it was not tragic enough that my grandfather pasted away, Vodacom has added to our stress.
All we would like to do is sort out his account and ensure that my grandmother stays connect but apparently that is an impossible task for Vodacom.
We have e-mail the required document 5 times and all we get are snotty sms’s that we owe them money.
If Vodacom is indeed a communications company…..then can they please communicate with us and sort this out!!!!!!

We contacted them multiple times but unfortunately the concept of finding a document attached to the email is beyond the knowledge scope of the legal team. Would it be possible for a senior manager to please contact us as I don't see why we have to solve an complaint raised with Vodacom
