VODACOM - A BUSINESS PARTNER TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS

I lodged a complaint about Vodacom deactivating all the numbers of my late husband who had a business which has MASSIVE REPERCUSSIONS for me - I cannot access any of his applications of holiday portfolios or ANYTHING. They rep**** on 12 November PRETENDING that they are attending to the complaint. I sent them all the information on 18 November 2021, but to date I have not even received an acknowledgement of my email. I am going to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom and PLEASE I ASK EVERYBODY, IF SOMEONE NEAR YOU DIE - DO NOT INFORM VODACOM UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE WHAT YOU NEEDED TO DO. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS or people who suffered a traumatic loss in their lives - they are NOT your business partner or any partner for that matter. You have no idea what problems I am experiencing since 26 July 2021 when my husband passed away - we were only married for 40 days - we did not have time to discuss private and financial matters, let alone cell phone contracts and numbers and which email address is linked to which Vodacom number and which email is used to log in to which application!!!!
