Vodacom A business or ******** Syndicate?

Vodacom appears to be a ******** organisation operating as a legitimate business. 1st I experienced a loss of 5 gigs of data within a period of about 40 mins. When I checked that Vodacom app on my phone it only showed that I used 851 MB of data. I took screenshots and followed up with them. after having to explain countless times and showing them the evidence they eventually relented and returned 3 gigs of data but this was only valid for 1 day. I then had to fight with them all over again only for them to provide me with 3 gigs of data. 2 gigs went down the drain and into Vodacom profits. Now I find out that even though I allowed my contract with them to expire at the end of February they are still charging me R230 per month even though the contract is expired. Not only that but the airtime they charge me for is billed per minute not per second. I have never come across such blatant thievery masquerading as a legitimate business. I am disgusted.

So Vodacom eventually allows some ruse overbearing person to call me and basically bully and impose their will on me. The long and the short of his call to me was basically this is how we do it...finish and Klaar. As a big corporate they appear to thrive on bullying individual customers. Not only that they insist that the data and airtime that I paid for will all be forfeited at the end of the month simply because i had the audacity to cancel my contract with them. This despite the fact That I paid for the airtime and data. As a multi million rand company surely they should not be allowed to treat customers like this. Vodacom's behaviour is a perfect example what is wrong with South Africa...Legal *******ion
