This business is based on false advertising and lies do not use vodacom rather switch over to another business. I upgraded my phone 10 days ago, the person who helped me was calm and nice, i upgraded to the Samsung galaxy A36 5G i was waiting patiently for the phone to arrive only to call them today and find out that my order was backlogged due to no stock but when we were talking to the person over the phone he said they have stock but only the black color phone and i told him it was fine. This is unacceptable and shows very well that this compony does not care about their clients, they didnt even phone me to tell me what the problem was and that the phone was out of stock i had to phone them and find out for myself. Their customer service is pathetic i highly recommend switching to another business.
