Vodacom a bunch of theafs

I can truely say that Vodacom is the worst service provider ever, they are rude, unhelpful and a bunch of theafs. I've had a number of issues with them but this is the last straw... So I have a contact with them that was supposed to end in March 2022 I decided to cancel it the customer care tells me that I can't cancel it now id have to pay for another 5 month after the contract ended, so their basically forcing me into taking another contract or pay more the I was ment to.
