Vodacom - a bunch of ******

I'm so glad I cancelled all my contracts with Vodacom yesterday morning I still don't understand and I don't even know what to do anymore to get my 700 rands back that they deducted from account. Somebody **********ly upgraded my Data contract at Eastgate mall back in May. I was surprised when i received a higher bill from Vodacom. I then took the matter up with them, sent through an affidavit. They then reversed it and promised to refund me after 14 days. It's almost a month now and nothing has happened.<br> <br> But it is very sad and outrageous. It goes to show how some companies are only after your money and they don't really care about you as an individual. It's all about profits for Vodacom. And it baffles me as to how on earth are they failing to pay me a mere 700 and odd rands. It's ridiculous in a sense and I wish i never trusted Vodacom that much.<br> <br> But i'm so glad i cancelled my contracts with these bunch of thieving people.
