Vodacom a bunch of ***ards, ***** and *******

Last year due to the pathetic service from Vodacom, a gentleman (although I shouldn't call him that) promised me 250 MBs / month for the duration of my contract for the inconvenience caused. I am still yet to receive the data. I contacted Vodacom who tell me, we cannot find this call you are referring to, even though I have given them where it came from, the length of the call and even time of the call. Just a bunch of **** bags covering each others' backs. Then when I ask for the call, they cannot give it to me. Resolve this, or it will be taken further...
