Vodacom a big ****!!!!

******! I tried canceling my contract but instead got billed three times what I paid with no communication for two months. I called and was promised a refund, persuaded to take a new contract as soon as the issue got resolved with a free contract cancellation with no penalty fees, no resolution and the new contact has not been canceled, the agent who made this promise has not called me back. I’m going to port to another service provider on my prepaid number that I spend +/-R1200 pm on, they can keep the +/-R330 ********** contract until I’m done with them in 24 months and never again will I take a Vodacom contract after 7 years!!!!
