VODACOM A BAD NETWORK COMPANY

Avery bad service from Vodacom. I have been a Vodacom client for the past 7 to 10 years and still staying on the very same residential. Few months ago, I started experiencing a very poor network and I thought it was a small thing. This issue kept on escalating and nowadays. I cannot receive a call or make a call, worst part of it i buy lots of Data and they go to waste, because I work from home and now it has affected my job badly.

I reported this matter last week Saturday morning on the 18th of February and i was advice that technicians will fix it within the next 24hrs and will also call me to update me. Today it is Thursday the 23rd of February, and nothing has ever done.

Whether there is load shedding or not, Vodacom networking is always on EMERGENCY in my Huawai P30 Lite.

I would not recommend people to use Vodacom. **** network.
