VODACOM

So I had a charge go off my airtime, when I checked my billing on vodacom it said it was a Google play charge, which was strange because I never made a purchase for such an amount, and my account uses biometrics for purchases and I haven't got anyone that uses my phone other than myself. On my Google account there in no record of this amount and this so called purchase is not listed anywhere on Google. I checked what I needed to do in order to get a refund from google, which was to fill in a form but in order to proceed with this I need a correlation/transaction ID from my carrier, which is our beloved Vodacom, I have asked and asked and asked for this ID which Google says they don't see at all on their side even of the purchase was visible. Only vodacom can give me this, vodacom is telling me I must contact Google for assistance and they only pick up Application, PK_Google_Sub N which doesn't help e at all because this doesn't even say what application, all I want is for my airtime to be refunded, I have to be able to prove to Google that they took the money and I can't do this because vodacom refuses to help me, or they don't know where to look, or do their job, or are plain lazy or ***********. I feel that this is really outrageous because it doesn't seem like vodacom know what is going on with their own systems because they cannot trace this transaction other than that google application sub thing, they can't say that it was really a Google charge. I just want my airtime back I don't see why I have to pay for something I have no idea what it is or something I didn't purchase myself.

Your social media team is telling me to contact Google, Google says they can't help because they have no record of the transaction, I need to prove to Google this was an unauthorized charge, and the only way I can get the information I need to prove this and proceed with a claim from Google is for Vodacom to supply me with a transaction number. If you don't have this number that means someone **********ly took my airtime and used a Google reference, because they don't have a record of this amount and you apparently can't see any transaction ID. At the end of the day neither you nor Google will take responsibility for your incompetence and myself the consumer has to pay the price and just accept that I will never get my airtime back because people don't know how to do their jobs.

And I don't want the consumer website team to be handling this, I want someone in billing to deal with it because maybe they know where to find this number. . Vodacom can't even tell me what application it was for. And I don't think you can say 100 percent certainly That it was Google that took the aborting I don't even think you can trace it because of you telling me to contact Google for assist on a charge that isn't in their records and they can't see, maybe the info will just fall out the sky for them you know like magic ... would the bank tell you to call the ******* to sort out your missing money or would the bank know how to deal with the issue you tell me maybe I'm stupid

Dear vodacom. Is this seriously the way you conduct business. I would like to be put into contact with your billing manager qs this is really ridiculous. That you don't even follow up with a customer is disgraceful.
