Vodacom
Ongoing saga. Trying to get a cellphone into my name. I am convinced that Vodacom is now deleting my comments. I read, another person's comments, that their comments were being deleted by Vodacom. Tried to contact the Ombudsman but emails are returned re my papers lying around, thought that is not allowed with the POPI act. Also tried to get hold of the CEO Shameel Joosub, but am sure he does not care, as as they have the monopoly.

01 Oct 2021, 10:36The store has never been in touch with me to give feedback.
Why was the transfer of ownership declined. Surely I am allowed to know why.
I own my own home, car and have other properties.
Have given Vodacom full details of my accounts and savings.
Why does Vodacom use fancy words "migration, escalation etc" is this so that they want to appear important?
I have many notices on my cellphone stating that I will get a call, but never receive any.
Does Vodacom have a veto against retired, female people, or is this something to do with earning commissions?
Please inform me where all my personal papers are.
When I went to the branch, I saw with my own eyes piles of personal papers including Wills of people while the "assistant" was looking for my papers.
Surely with the new POPI act this is not allowed.
I do not expect to hear from Vodacom. As with all their complaints they just ignore them "when the going gets tough".
The reason, I am continuing the "fight" is to see how Vodacom continues dealing with this issue.
I do not expect a solution, as I have read on your website that out of nearly 4,000 complaints only approximately 180 have been resolved.
