Vodacom is ripping people off. I had a rep call me and falsely promise me a deal at a cheaper rate than what I'm currently paying. I receive a SMS few days later showing that I'll be paying +- 200 more than I am currently paying. When I call them back, they say I need to pay migration charges. Been on the phone for hours, finally get to speak to a supervisor who escalated to another department. Plan is migrated, still waiting for feedback. I will not pay for anything additional. This is absolute madness. R1000 for 2 contracts, people cannot survive
