Vodacom
Canceling a contract with Vodacom is a nightmare. We have been trying to cancel a contract since 2023!I have paid 2 amounts to vodacom because they told me that I cannot cancel with an outstanding amount. They said I should write an affidavit that states that I cancel the account, which I did in 2024 and the R600 debt was canceled. 2025 they send debt collectors that I owe R274 to vodacom which I will never pay.
