Vodacom
The current Vodacom Shake Off promotion refers. Vodacom is ******** it's users, the competition is a ********** way to get people to buy data and airtime. You will earn puzzle pieces until you just need one piece to complete a puzzle, suddenly no puzzle pieces is won, I use to get daily at least 4 puzzle pieces in 7 shakes, but the moment I just needed 1 piece on the majority of the open puzzles, ZERO puzzle pieces in 7 shakes. If you are lucky enough to get a puzzle piece (1 out of 7 shakes) it will be a piece you already have. Therefore I believe this competion is rigged and Vodacom should be investigated for *****.

You are not following fair business protocols. This promotion is nothing more than a **** to get your customers to buy from you.

04 Feb 2021, 09:18Further to the above, if all the prizes of a specific puzzle is won, that puzzle should be removed. By leaving it active, and you are left with only one puzzle piece to get a prize, that entice you to buy airtime or data trying to win something that has been won already. That is ***** and the ombudsman will have to look into this, it is not fair business practice.
