Vodacom

I would like to know why Vodacom is such an unfair company? They are currently running a competition, "Shake Everyday", where you as a Vodacom customer has chances to win various prizes as well as collect puzzle pieces towards the big prizes. I personally feel Vodacom has selected special clients who get the big prizes, Us little ones, are left with the nonsense. I've contacted them 5 times regarding the fact that I've Won 1 of their big prizes but their App froze and didn't reflect my puzzle pieces, they refused to do a proper check because i have proof on my phone. Fair is fair, Vodacom shouldn't be allowed to run competitions if they are not willing to give their clients the prizes.
