There is no such thing as customer support at Vodacom every person you call doesn't know what's going on and can't help you and they say it's your fault and the agents on the phone are not friendly at all they are very disrespectful and the atittude is unbelieveable , I've been with them for years Vodacom I will immediately move my stuff to MTN , very unhappy how you treat your clients !!!
