Vodacom *****
Vodacom loaded another cell number on my account and deducted money for 6 months. I opened a *****ulent activity, which they acknowledged. I have not been refunded since August 2022. They closed the case without ever getting back to me or refunding me. This is ***** and theft. Watch out for Vodacom......you have no recourse because you cannot speak to anyone there. BEWARE.
