Vodacom

A consultant added a contract on my profile after i declined (*****). We have 3 ref no for the credit, however vodacom can still not process the credit for the unauthorised contract and no consultant at the call cenntre is able to assist.

And to date not one call from vodacom. They are extremely ***********.

And we are now in March. Vodacom has once again changed the value of the contract the sold me in December. The call center just can not assist they are just *****ing my money and I am left with not hope. I will deffinately be cancelling all my vodacom no as and when they are due and also advise any one to not sign with them.
