VODACOM

I recently reported VODACOM'S inability to sort out my email problem.... An email address with VODACOM that I have used for 25 yrs or more.... I CANNOT SEND MAILS AT ALL.. MESSAGE RECEIVED SAYS "RELAY PROBLEM WITH CONNECTION.. SMPT!!!!! ALL VODACOM HAE DONE is 2 phone calls.. Walked me thru the settings.. Found no errors & said it wud b ESCALATED... WELL THE ESCALATION RESULTED IN AN SMS SAYING THAT MY CASE IS NOW CLOSED!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😭😭😭😭😭😡😡😡😡😡😡Sick & tired of VODACOM... FED UP CUSTOMER... TIME TO REPORT TO THE SENIORS SITTING ON THEIR THRONES!!!!
