vodacom

We have a couple of phones with vodacom. As we use phones quite often we are on the red package. When upgrading a year ago the sales people recommended lg8 thin q. We took 3 and just have trouble with them. At this stage we have one in for repairs and another that just went dead for no reason. The helpful people at vodacom George just says says bad luck book it in and the it will be repaired whenever the have spares. It can be weeks, We keep one spare phone and now with the ******* they vodacom sold us the phones break more than one at a time. You pay your account whether you use it or not and according to the vodacom gent at George they dont have loan phones and they dont need customers because vodacom has thousands of customers. No wonder Mtn is rated the best.
