Vodacom *****.

I logged in a dispute with Vodacom, whereby my contract was cancelled without me being aware of it. The matter was sorted and my contract was re-instated. I went into Vodacom Vaal mall, asked for a statement. To my surprise the said the matter was handed to accounts department. Claiming that I owe an amount in the region of R35000. Now the consultant, I spoke with said that there was airtime claimed in the region of R12k to R13k. Now She went on further and said that there was also fuel claimed in the excess of R21k. Please help Mr Ombudsman, as this is clearly a case of *****.
