Vodacom

I had an overdue account with Vodacom a while back wich i finally paid 23/03/21 because i could never get through to any contact number of theirs. Today 14/04/21 im doing follow up calls to find out if my payment was received. I had 3 different agents i spoke to due to the call that keeps getting cut as soon as im asking about legal contact numbers, which is very weird, 3 times in a row.. Vodacom is ****ing around with my time, my airtime and also my credit report & score. After sending numerous proof of payments, im still not getting anywhere.. I need and want my name cleared

Vodacom including their agents answering the calls are total **** ups and their *********** behaviour to never solve any problem or query.. After sending multiple proof of payments, these ****ers still telling me they have not received any payments or proof thereof.

Before i made the payment of R606, Vodacom agents & their legal department was harrassing me everyday.. After i paid that amount, i cant get hold of any1, including legal department as to where my ****ing money or payment went to.. This is such bull**** as i still cant take out a cellphone contract due to these Vodacom mother ****ers

Vodacom still haven't contacted me to resolve their *********** level of work. The only reply was, "a consultant will contact me", however i still haven't received any response. They want me to send same proof of payment AGAIN??????? ***!!! Im sure these aSsholes probably take turns to wipe their ****ing aSses half with each and every proof of payment that i have sent.. Its sooooo disappointing, they harass you everyday, making your name bad at the credit depots, yet they can't do their ****ing work properly..

There's absolutely no legal contact details for anyone to get hold of Vodacom that's struggling with this same ****!!

Its so ****ing simple.. As soon as you give ur I.D number, they pick up everything of you as an individual and the best part is, your payments is the only thing that never reflects or gets picked up on their systems... Vodacom truely is NOT a service provider, however they are awesome at ****ing up ur profile as a person!!!

Im definitely going to screenshot all their *** replies and post as PROOF of their incompetencies, that's only IF they ever gonna reply.
