Yall are not even deserving of the 1 star, you are a 0 star company. Every agent that calls promises to call back but never does. Yall need to cancel this stupid contract and I'm not paying any termination fees cos I have been requesting this from day 1

04 Jul 2023, 09:53I have been debited AGAIN by vodacom for a service I'm not receiving. They refuse to help me. They've even blocked my calls. The original debit date that we agreed on was the 25th but they've debited today the 5th. Vodacom is a big **** company
