Vodacom
It has been 25 days to get an installation for Fibre and then they still make you wait 24 to 48 hrs to activate your line, and this is after 10 years in the business of Fibre and installation. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had from any company ever... I feel so bad for the call center agents that has to verbally abused on a daily matter that they have become so good at apologizing. You suck and ***** from the people who feed you. Shame on you

And have called in everyday to get an update and requested that a teamleader or manage contact me, yet there has been NO PROGRESS OR ANY CALL FROM ANY TEAMLEADER OR MANAGER, either they don't exist or they just F###### USELESS. This has been hands down the worst experience ever. Just again proofing that VODACOM is a corporate sucking leach sucking it's clients dry and *****ING our money. Clearly spending to much money on advertising and not enough on infrastructure to deliver a service they so proudly advertise. I hope you burn down to the ground. You do not deserve any recognition or appreciation. You suck at what you do!!!!!
