Vodacom

Dear Sir/ Madam I am writing to formally raise a complain regarding my cell phone contact with your company, which I have previously cancelled. Despite fulfilling my obligations and settling my outstanding balance, I'm unable to obtain the necessary cancelation or paid-up letter, which is preventing me from completing important administrative procedures, including applying for NSFAS (National Student Financial Aid Scheme) for my child. Despite my repeated request, your company has refused to issue the requested cancelation or paid-up letter, which is requested for my child NSFAS application. This refusal is not only causing significant inconvenience but is also preventing me from proceeding with essential financial aid application, which are time sensitive. I kindly request this issue be resolved immediately by issuing the cancellation or paid-up letter.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter,as it is affecting my ability to fulfill important obligations. Should there be any further requirements on my part facilitate this please inform me accordingly.I spoke to Anastasia who promised to send it to me but till today.I also spoke to Vinesh who also did the same thing. Very bad customer service at Vodacom
