Vodacom

Hi I've been using Vodafone for contacts for 2 Samsung phones right so last year end of Feb J called vodacom to cancel this contracts because it's came to an end the lady advised me to take router but I explained to her that I don't have phones together with sim cards anymore with me she promised to add sim card so I was supposed to receive sim and router of which there wasn't no sim that is why I decided to called them and collect router because the failed to keep her promise. I called voda again to cancel this contracts of they didn't do that K wax keep on calling them trying to make sure I don't owe them anything right now I'm sitting with R2000 that I need to pay them and this money is accumulating and my credit score looks bad because of Vodacom how can I pay for something that I didn't used.
