Vodacom

I live in the Free State, in the district of Heilbron , just south of Sasolburg & Vereeniging. We have a Vodacom tower 1.1 km from us. When somebody phones you , the call is dropped within 10 seconds, or a third person is added to the call. As this problem has been reported by several people over the past 2 weeks, I am wondering why this hasn't been resolved ? The biggest network in South Africa cant fix a simple problem ???
