Vodacom

Never complain about a corporate giant, your nr gets flagged by their system....

If you complain, never hand a handset in for repairs. They place 3k worth of transport cost to a Vodacom tablet just because changing a charging jack is only possible in JHB. If you cannot replace a charging jack in the Cpt then something is wrong...

Or are you transporting the tablet to have stuff installed after the main account holder complained?

Because even your Tigervalley consultant can't understand why it's sent to JHB. According to her, tablets are replaced... The cost of a new tablet cannot be more than all the coerier cost up and down. (it's still under guarantee) so why? I fail to see the costing logic behind this.

Idk, please advise.
