Vodacom
Since December 2019 I am struggling with vodacom to sort out my account. I receive calls from vodacom on a daily basis telling me my account is in arrears witch is not true. I have send my proof of payment to Vodacom more than 10 times to various mannagers with out any feed back or any success. I have tried to upgrade my phone today the 14/6/2020 just to be turned away telling me I can't upgrade becouse my account is in arrears. I am now considering leagal action against vodacom.

02 Jul 2020, 09:48Since last year I am struggling with Vodacom regarding my account. According to Vodacom I am in arrears on my account. I have send my proof of payments to Vodacom more than a dozen times. According to Vodacom I have not made a payemt in Desember 2019, that is what the statement shows that I received from them. I have send the proof of payment to Vodacom to different managers showing that my payment was made at the kollonade in Desember of 2019. Yesterday vodacom suspended my business account. I have not payed my account for June 2020 so far because Vodacom has not send me an invoice yet telling me how much is outstanding for the month of June 2020 .I am now forced to look for help at AFRI FORUM and let them investigate my account at vodacom. According to Vodacom I owe them R 9800. Again I have the proof of all my payments made every month according to what I received from them except for June 2020.
