t’s Pride Lesego Mashilo i have phone insurance with VodasureI and being using IPhone 13 256GB for 2 years and 7 months paying a premium of R427 per month. My device has been ****** and insurance has been approved,but when I claim the insurance says I’m approved for iPhone 13 CPO or im covered to any device up to the value of R17000 because of the new thing called IRD and I’m responsible for any betterment fees if I choose more than that

When I bought the device it was worth around R21000 and according to the T’s and C’s the premium I’m paying I’m covered up to the value of R21500, then if my value cover is R17000 then it means I was over covered and would like to be refunded the difference,it goes back to where the client is under insured back premiums are calculated to be on the correct band.

Kindly assist with my correct insured value or get credited
