Vodacom

It been a year now that I complained to vodacom with a problem they still did nothing about my complained they sent me up and down to the store then I must call in to head office then the manager is on leave the he resigned then it not head office problem I much let the shop fix it shop say they can not help me and every month I must pay for something that's not working so people plz don't use vodacom as a service provider thanks
