VODACOM 60 DAYS CARRIED OVER DATA
The contract with vodacom is a 3g model. I have noticed over time that my balance data carried over from previous month can never be used unless I must first exhaust my current data limit. This has either lead to forcing myself to finish the current month data so I can used the previous months data or allow my carried over data to expire. This I find very ********** as the reason of limiting data usage sometimes is to be available for the next month should you need more data. Provided its within the 60 days. My contract is open ended billing with additional credit limit of R3000 which means in trying to finish my data, I can actually go beyond into debits out of data charges to the tune of R3000 limit. This was force on me as the only way I can get the 5gigs night surfer data. The principle for data like every other thing must be first in first out. There is no way I can ever do that without leaving some data for the next month which as it stands now is of no use as the only data is from previous month which must have expired by midnight before I need it as a back up.. I will be communication same to consumer protection commission if it is not rectified. I wish to exhaust my previous month carried over date first.
