VODACOM

It has been since the beginning of 2015 I have not received any accounts from Vodacom. I have phoned so many times that I have just lost count to no avail. Eventually I was informed by Vodacom 4U that the accounts have been outsourced!! I phoned the outsourced number and still NO JOY!! My husbands and my Vodacom accounts have been sent via email since forever and suddenly just STOPPED!! Even after phoning I just get sent a disgusting little printout which I have to present to my Auditor. PLEASE what must I do to get my account from you people YOU are very quick to demand your money but then PLEASE DO YOUR PART OF IT. Can you put me in contact with someone who AT LEAST HAS A BIT OF CLOUT!!! I would like to sort other things out with you aswell!!
