Vodacom

If I could I will rate them 0. Vodacom has broken every act that I can think of especially the TCF act. I have been a customer for 14 years. They phoned me in Feb with a too good to be true offer that would save me money on my current contract and add onto my data. The person that spoke to me **** to me and mislead me. I don't know why I even listened to him. Now no one I speak to can cancle this added R175 data bundle from my current contract.. they just try to sell me something else when I try and cancel this one.. I have phoned 5 time's. I have pleaded I have screamed I have begged. But to no result, they keep telling me the data have been canceled but unfortunately I will have to pay for the previous month eventhough I did not use the data nor did I aske for it.
