Vodacom

Hello I had my installation done three days ago which was not completed the tech came did da job half way n left to do another job and has not come back till today when I called Vodacom der was no help at all and when I asked to speak to someone who can help me further I was told I cnt dey busy n call me back which they never did why is there no help from Vodacom and they don't want to finish da job what should I do now because off my work I needed wifi but now I can't work...
