Vodacom 4U Woodlands Boulevard *****ing my money

On the 17th of September my husband and I went to Vodacom 4U at Woodlands Boulevard in Pretoria. We informed them that we are not happy with the phone they had previously suggested for my husband (an Honor X9b) as they said the phone has an eSIM feature among others which it does not.

We then asked for a new phone but without a SIM since we are already paying for my husband's contract. While at the shop I also changed my prepaid to contract and got a Samsung S24 Ultra. The consultant said they would help us by making a plan to add an additional phone (Samsung Galaxy A55) to my new contract without an additional SIM. This way we were supposed to have contract 1: SIM with Honor X9b on my husband's name and contract 2: SIM with Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra as well as Samsung Galaxy A55 without a SIM on my name. We left the shop with my new S24 Ultra and the A55

When I received my first invoice I noticed I am charged for two SIM cards and two phones. When I called the shop I was informed by the manager, Ellah, the consultant made a mistake by selling this to us but he is no longer working there and this cannot be reversed

So now I basically need to pay R200 a month for something I DO NOT HAVE and something I didn't want in the first place and was not informed about. Vodacom is not taking any responsibility and is making this my problem. This is unprofessional and this is *****ing!!!!!
