Vodacom 4U Wonderpark Shopping Centre

On 5 May 2024 I visit my nearest Vodacom shop at Wonder park. Reason being that Vodaworld in Midrand are no longer open on any Sunday. The lady at the shop tried her best to assist me, but sadly had to let me call Vodacom staff at *** at 09h59 on 05 May 2024, to alter my account. ***-4 The useless staff member there, by name of Patricia promised to call back asap and now 5 days I am still waiting for her call????? Today is 13 May 2024 and no reaction from the staff of Vodacom at their ***. She also fail to give me a reference number for the call to her??? Think I should share it on Hello peter, there Vodacom react normally faster???? For over 35 years I was able to visit their main shop at Vodaworld Midrand, but sadly they decided to close shop for visits on an Sunday????
