Vodacom 4u wonderpark

I had the WORST service ever at Vodacom 4u wonderpark. I went to Vodcom 4u on Tuesday to enquire about getting a contract. The lady told me that because I had a contract with vodacom before they have to change my status from pre paid to contract so it will take 4hours for that to happen and she will call me once the status is changed. The lady never called me in which in turn I asked my husband to go on Friday to find out what's going on. She called me on friday and asked me to email her my documents. On Saturday I went to Vodacom 4u to go see the Lady they didnt allow me to go in the shop and I was asked by her colleague to give him my documents so that she can email them to the relevant department and I should get my feedback within 4 hours. I called the lady before they closed and she told me that she emailed my documents and that on Sunday everything will be done and I would be able to come and collect my phone. Today I went to Vodacom 4u to get my phone, I got another story that I need to provide a letter that I bank with the bank that I bank with. The documents that I gave the lady on Saturday had a letter from the bank proving that I bank with the bank. The first time when I got a contract at vodacom, I went to the other vodacom shop at wonderpark, I didn't struggle like this. The excitement that I had at first to get the phone is gone. The service I got from Vodacom 4u wonderpark was below standard. I will never go there ever again and I don't recommended anyone to go there. I will enquire with other network providers to see if they will be able to assist me.
