Vodacom 4U witbank Highveld mall -Jaunita refused to replace the charger I bought less than 2 weeks ago.

I bought Loopd cable charger at Vodacom 4u at Highveld mall witbank for my iPhone on the 05/06/2022. On the 16th I connected it to my phone on the car , I pulled my phone to use it while it was charging and instead it came out with a charging head left on the charging point. I went back to the store to explain what happen and a lady called Jaunita said it’s as a result of physical damage even when I had explained to her what happened.

I am not happy with the service I got, can Vodacom look into the matter as this cable charger is not even 2 weeks old, I expected quality from Vodacom hence I opted to spend my money when I could’ve bought it anywhere..
