vodacom 4u vangate mall

I took out a contract with Vodacom 4 u vangate mall and I must say I'm really disgusted with the service and how costumers are kept in the dark with the lack of information ,I was promised a ps4 and TV but its been more then two weeks now and I still haven't received anything also the store lets me call them for updates, they do not call me ,how can a company ass big as Vodacom be so in reliable and careless ,no feed back nothing and every time I call the manager just says sorry sir we also don't know when they will have stock of the things iv ordered very unprofessional
