Vodacom 4U terrible service

If I rate negative stars, I would. I app**** and got approved for a contract, go to get the phone and they have no stock. They place the order and tell me Thursday. Then Thursday comes, I have to call in and ask what's happening to be told now it's Friday and they "tried to call me" which is a lie. Then Friday comes, now all of a sudden it's Monday because they are "updating the phone and new model is coming" Monday I call them(they don't call me) and the lady that helped me is "on leave and they will get someone to call me". No one calls so I have to call back to be told it might be in on Tuesday. I'm super unhappy with this service and communication, I haven't even started the contract and I want to cancel and stay with MTN
