Vodacom 4U store Modlands Liberty Mall
Please note that from May 2017 we have been having issues with this contract. We came into the store hoping to resolve the issue, your manager Belinda she was not interested to help and sort out the contract she blamed it on data usage and said that she will shout at the lady that took the contract out for us.
These amounts we were invoiced for and we made payments for.
On the 1st of June 2017 we paid an amount of R10422,26 The following payment that we paid was another amount of R12655,04 on the 12 of July 2017 Then following that amount we paid R4473,69 in store at the Vodacom customer care in August 2017 Prior to that I'm not to sure of the amount we have been paying.
Then to find out in November from customer care the only people wanting to help resolve the problem after 9 months they say our contract hasn't been submitted or processed yet.
Then we received a phone call saying that the lady who upgraded our contract has paid R1026 to get our payments up to date so the can process the contract.
So we approach the Vodacom 4 U store in the midlands liberty mall. After the regional office has stated they must credit our account. And the regional manager (Kyle) Denys it, yet the Vodacom customer care has emails stating it. Kyle wouldn't return my phone calls and when he did after I threaten to go to Hello Peter, he finally did return my call and said he'd get back to me. Which he never did. I then went into the store to ask for a manger, (who was off) then to speak to Kyle (who is never there) then to the owner (which he was in meeting etc) out of all my frustration I finally asked to meet with Kyle and Kay (the owner) on the 29th of November because I wasn't getting anywhere. They made excuses for Kay that he wasn't going to be there. On Wednesday the 29th at 9:35am we met with Kyle, kyle admitted that it was their fault that the paper work wasn't processed. So I asked for our money back then the excuse were after you took the contract (which we signed was a flexi 200) he said we migrated it to a open line. Which the open line was taken in November 2016 with my husband old phone before he up graded his contract to a flexi 200. However how can you migrate a contract that hasn't even been processed yet. They only processed the contract on the 5 November 2017. The message stated that "your upgrade to uChoose flexi 200 will take place on the 30 of November 2017" however if Kyle Denys having contact with the regional office then how did the Vodcom 4U store know to process the contact.
Vodacom 4 U store in the midlands liberty Mall have been *****ing from us. How many other people do they do it to with out them finding out.
My husband and I, our phones have been off since July. They have soft locked our cell phones and won't turn them back even though they at fault. They have threatened to hand us over, they have even given our name to they bad payers list which is unacceptable. The Vodacom 4U store in the midlands liberty mall won't take fault for anything they just trying to cover up everything so they don't look bad. They even wanting to debit out account on the 1st of December 2017, even though the phones aren't working and they haven't even tried to sort out our issue.
After dealing with kyle on the 29th of November and him giving us his word he'll get back to us on the 29th it's now the 4th and he still hasn't gotten back to us
