Vodacom 4U store Carnival Mall

I had my sister take my samsung A53 phone in still under warranty with Vodacom for repairs as it was faulty. The Vodacom shop in Carnival mall brakpan took the phone on the 5th September 2022, she wasnt given any reference or paperwork as there systems were down. The phone went for repairs and was returned to the Vodacom shop in carnival mall, they then contacted my sister to come collect it. When she went in to collect it, the cosultant there Lucksy informed her someone had collected it and shared the persons contact number. We contacted this person and he informed us that he took his galaxy tablet in for repairs and was given my sisters phone as a loan unit for two weeks. When we confornted Lucksy he said he will track the phone and have it returned by this person . We insisted on a new phone as a phone is a personal item with personal information and it was now issued as a loan unit to anther client and we are not comfortable taking the phone back as it could be compromised. We escalated it and were told we must fetch the phone or they will return it. I require a new phone or the contract cancelled, I will be contacting my attorneys as well.
