Vodacom 4U Menlyn very *********** staff

Poor service from Vodacom 4u in Menlyn thursday 28/09. Took just over an hour to get a data package on contract. *********** staff scattering to get everything finalised and here is the best part. They call us today to tell us they gave us a 7 day sim card instead of the 24-month. Also they expect us to go back to the store to rectify their mistake. When asked if they can deliver the sim the person responsible rep**** eish I don't have a car. Asking why this al happened and when they realised we were given the wrong sim? I was sick and so on and so on, lot of excuses. So nobody else working in this store??! The person responsible even said it was because our baby was crying in the store also the reason for mistake. POOR!!
