Vodacom 4U Boardwalk, Richards bay.

On the 15th of February 2017 I phoned Vodacom requesting a premature cancellation on my business account and for the number to be transferred to a prepaid contract so that I could move my number over to MTN who was offering a much better deal, I emailed my request very clearly stating the instruction along with the proof of payment for the amount I was quoted. On the 17th of Feb (Friday) I received an SMS stating that the cancellation was successfull and that I need to go to my nearest Vodacom store to Rica my sim so that I can use my number as a prepaid contract. I have been going to Vodacom almost every day now to try and resolve this problem, everytime they tell me that I need to come back tomorrow to see if the problem has been resolved, apart from getting annoyed with having to travel a round trip of nearly 100km everytime just to get told I need to come back tomorrow, I have also lost hundreds of deals with clients, I lost the sale of my house as the buyers could not contact me, this has affected me financially beyond what I could ever imagine, I have just been on the phone again with Vodacom Business and they have told me that not only did the cancel my contract but they also ''accidentally'' deleted my number which I will once again for the 5th time have to wait another 24 hours for them to get back to me.

I need assistance with this problem as I am being bul**** by Vodacom due to the fact that I cancelled one of my contracts with them.
