vodacom 4 u upgrades

<p>so i decided to upgrade my vodacom contract last week wednesday after i had a look at the new vodacom4u brochure where you could add on items at an additional cost, went into vodaocm4u greenstone on Monday and tuesday last week after work and on both occasiosn the systems were offline, i then left my details and went back on Wednesday where the upgrade was processed, i was adivsed that the headsets will arrive by latest Saturday and the store would call, its Tuesday today and i have not received a call and everytime i call in i am advised that stock has not arrived, today i was advised that this is now on back order and i must wait, no ETA ahs been given, this is ridiculous as you advertise something then dont have stock. nobosy even apologizes for the inconvenience. i need to know how much longer i have to wait as if this is on back order by are you even offering these deals without having stock?</p>
