VODACOM 4 U NORTHGATE - NOT HAPPY

I did an upgrade for my twin girls around the 1st week in April... they had a great deal on their upgrade and Aaron did a great job doing this. They received a Huawei gift which was stunning and they said it comes with the contract. I asked that if i signed up a new contract if i would get it, they said yes. I went in on the 14th to do a new contract and they didn't have the voucher and the gift as they were all out. I was told to come back a week later to collect. I followed up via email a couple times as i did not want to just come in and it might not be there. I didn't receive any replies from Aaron. I then called a couple of times the last time speaking to Cynthia and she said sorry they don't have more but they have a power bank. I specifically signed up for that phone and a more expensive contract in order to receive the gift as it was beautiful and felt it was a win win as i needed a phone. I was told i would receive a call, it's now a week and a half later and still NOTHING. I try call the store now... Vodacom 4 U Northgate and it rings twice and i get the dropped call tone. What is going on???? Why do they say one thing and then do another. If i could cancel my contract i would, as i'm highly irritated and think that kind of service is not acceptable. Don't promise something and NOT deliver and don't take my money Vodacom and not make a plan. Another excuse i received was... it's not a vodacom gift but Huawei... IT'S IN YOUR STORE AND WAS PROMISED BY ONE OF YOUR SALES PEOPLE!!!!!
